ACPA is an international association with members in more than 60 countries. Professionals qualify for international membership if their interests are consistent with the goals of the Association and if they qualify for Active Member status but they completed training and practice outside of the U.S. or Canada. Find out more about membership.

International members help shape the future of ACPA through holding positions on committees, nominating candidates for the Board of Directors, and as voting members of ACPA. International membership also grants access to the ACPA network, including these opportunities to network and learn from around the world:

  • Increase your knowledge of new research by accessing your free subscription to The Cleft Palate-Craniofacial Journal, an international bi-monthly academic journal that publishes research on etiology, prevention, diagnosis and treatment in all areas of craniofacial differences.
  • Learn from your colleagues with the ACPA Online Community, a place for members to ask questions, connect, network, share resources and more. Features include discussion forums, member profiles, resource libraries, blogs, events and a member directory.
  • Connect with other ACPA members through Special Interest Groups (SIGS).
