All teams in Region V (Connecticut, Delaware, Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, Nova Scotia and Quebec) are invited to submit an application to the Commission on Approval of Teams (CAT) in order to be listed by ACPA and CPF beginning in 2014. The application is due July 1, 2013.
