It is with a heavy heart that we share that due to the Governor’s ban of large gatherings in Oregon and ongoing concerns and uncertainty surrounding COVID-19 (coronavirus), ACPA’s Annual Meeting scheduled March 31-April 4, 2020 in Portland, OR has been canceled. We appreciate your patience. Our leadership has been in contact with the leadership of ASCFS, and we understand it has also canceled its meeting. ASCFS members will receive further information from its leadership.
- Registration Fee: All meeting attendees will have refund options. More information will be made available in the next two weeks, and all refunds will be processed within 90 days. We request that you do not contact ACPA about your refund and wait for the email that will outline your refund options and the procedures.
- Airline: Some major airlines are waiving change fees related to COVID-19 concerns. Use this email to show that your travel plans were disrupted due to COVID-19.
- Hotel: All attendees must cancel their own hotel reservations. There will be no fee to cancel reservations made in the ACPA block at the at the Hilton Portland Downtown or the Duniway if cancellation is made 72 hours prior to check-in. Call the hotel at (503) 226-1611. Cancellation policies may vary at other hotels. We encourage you to cancel reservations as early as possible.

The Board will continue to work with the ACPA National Office Team, and we hope to have more information available soon. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We, too, were looking forward to meeting with colleagues from around the world.
