2019 Self-Audit Reports for ACPA Approved Teams

ACPA introduced a Self-Audit Report for ACPA Approved Teams in 2019. Teams must complete an Annual Self-Audit Report to attest to their continued compliance with The Standards for Approved Teams.  The new Self-Audit Report will support teams as  they track goals, quality assurance and team performance. The report and the the US$180 annual team listing fee are due on Wednesday, November 20, 2019.

All leaders and coordinators of ACPA Approved Teams that did not apply for ACPA Team Approval in 2019 received an email with  instructions for the Self-Audit Report. Teams also received an invoice the 2020 team listing fee. Directions for paying online can be found here. Check payments are also accepted.

All team listing fees are used to help offset the costs of the Team Approval Program. Email teams@acpa-cpf.org with questions.
