Jake French to Present Keynote at ACPA’s 77th Annual Meeting

All cleft and craniofacial care professionals are invited to ACPA’s 77th Annual Meeting in Portland, Oregon, March 31 – April 4, 2020 to explore advances in research, clinical and team-driven care. The keynote presentation, “Insights From the Patient’s Perspective,” will be given by Jake French.

After a freak accident left Jake French a quadriplegic, he spent 10 years collecting insightful strategies that would have dramatically improved his experience as an end user of medical services. Join Jake for this in-depth look at what influences a patient’s experience with you.

As a published author, Jake has firsthand experience in what needs to happen to keep organizations and employees moving forward when facing challenges. Today he rocks the stage, compelling audiences to laugh as they learn, and think creatively about daily steps healthcare teams from frontline staff to hands-on providers can take to better understand and positively influence a patient’s perspective.
