Introducing the ACPA President’s Circle and Keystone Society

Alyssa KirkmanPresident's Letter

Bernard J. Costello, DMD, MD

Over the years, ACPA has benefited greatly from donors who value our work and support our mission to create a world where people with cleft and craniofacial differences thrive. Many people show their gratitude by making a personal gift to ACPA.

The new year has brought a new emphasis on securing philanthropic gifts. ACPA has a new development plan and new initiatives that will begin in 2019. The one I’m most proud of is the launch of a program to recognize the generosity of those who are willing and able to give $1,000 or more annually – the President’s Circle. Adopted by the ACPA Board of Directors at its Interim Meeting in November 2018, the President’s Circle has three levels with benefits:

President’s Circle Silver Level ($1,000-2,999)

  • Invitation to share your or your family’s story with the ACPA community
  • Invitation to a member-only reception at ACPA’s Annual Meeting
  • Recognition in the annual ACPA President’s Circle honor roll
  • Exclusive updates on organizational activities and information from the President

President’s Circle Gold Level ($3,000-9,999)

  • All benefits listed above
  • The opportunity to arrange for a speaker for your civic club, church/synagogue or other community organization about ACPA and its work (based on local availability)

Keystone Society ($10,000 and greater)

  • All benefits listed above
  • Opportunity to have the Executive Director visit you in your city for an in-depth conversation
  • Access to an exclusive email address and phone number to send suggestions or questions directly to the ACPA Executive Director
  • Opportunity to provide ten free ACPA Cleft Courage Bears, created exclusively for ACPA by Gund®, to an ACPA Approved Team of your choice

You are invited to join the President’s Circle today. Please contact Rachel Simon at (919) 933-9044 ext 204 or to join. Thank you for your continued enthusiasm for the work we do every day to meet the needs of the patients, families and professionals in our cleft and craniofacial community.
