As part of my role as vice chair for the Diversity + Inclusion Committee of the American Society of Association Executives, I was asked to author an article. I reflected on coming to ACPA and how important it was to be intentional about the culture we were creating.
With that in mind, I reached out to a colleague Sue Matson who is a partner and Master Executive Coach at rd&partners. Sue works with leaders and teams who believe that leadership development should be tied to business strategy and measured for results and ROI.
