ACPA designs educational activities to enhance the knowledge and competency of physicians and other healthcare professionals. ACPA optimizes interdisciplinary care and outcomes for healthcare professionals who treat patients with oral cleft and craniofacial conditions.

The goal of all accredited education developed by ACPA is to improve individual performance of learners and to effectively improve patient health outcomes. The impact of ACPA’s accredited education activities is evaluated by measuring changes in knowledge and competence, and when appropriate, collecting self-reported change(s) in performance.

Specific webinar information including title, description, educational objectives, and credit amount may be found on the ACPA Online Learning website. ACPA provides continuing medical, speech and nursing education through ACCME, ASHA and ANCC. Attendees must register, attend and evaluate each webinar to receive continuing education credit.

The American Cleft Palate–Craniofacial Association (ACPA) is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
