ACPA Introduces Transitional Membership for Graduating Student Members

Alyssa KirkmanACPA News

ACPA is excited to announce a new membership level for the 2018 calendar year.  ACPA membership is essential to everyone looking to start a career in cleft and craniofacial healthcare, and this new membership opportunity will help ease the transition from student to professional.

The new Transitional Membership will be available to all student members who meet the following criteria:

  • Current ACPA Student Members in good standing.
  • Have completed school and/or their training program.
  • Interested in working with cleft and craniofacial patients.
  • Not yet employed in a cleft lip/palate or craniofacial related position.

If a student member meets all of these, they are eligible to become a Transitional Member for up to two years. The 2018 Transitional member dues are US$170. In order to qualify for transitional status, student members must provide proof of employment outside of the cleft/craniofacial field to membership@acpa-cpf.org.  Please let us know if you have any questions.
